We invite you to upload a photo of your local church banner to be shared on the dedicated Banners page in the Portal. Banner photos will also be featured during the Sunday Morning General Session. We encourage groups to be creative with how they design a banner — if you need some inspiration or guidance, see the guidelines for banners from 2019 which is linked below. The deadline to upload banner photos is Wednesday, November 11 at 5 p.m. ET.
If this is your first Pilgrimage event, here is some background: it is a tradition at Pilgrimage for local churches to design and carry a banner during a banner processional. The banner processional serves as the start to the Sunday Morning General Session in which two youth from each church walk their banner through the event venue. Here are the 2019 guidelines.
